Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building solid and long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
Operational Leadership: Streamline agency operations by optimizing workflows, managing resources, and implementing efficient processes to enhance productivity.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that all work meets our quality standards and is delivered on time.
Internal Projects: Manage the agency’s internal projects, including portfolio showcasing, digital presence, and other initiatives that enhance our brand.
Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential and existing clients, showcasing our expertise and value.
Brief Preparation: Collect and distill the required information from clients, preparing detailed and thorough briefs for the strategy and creative teams to guide project execution.
Team Coordination: Work closely with creative and account teams, providing clear guidance and support. Foster a collaborative environment where creative ideas can thrive and translate into successful client outcomes.
Resource Management: Manage external resources, including freelancers and service providers, to ensure that projects are staffed appropriately and completed to high standards.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes using tools like ClickUp and Google Drive to enhance organization and documentation.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in account management within a creative environment.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving shared goals. Experience in managing creative professionals is highly desirable.
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
Project Management: Proficient in project management tools like ClickUp or similar. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Problem-Solving: A proactive and strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and offer innovative solutions.
Client-Centric: A client-first mindset with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage expectations and deliver outstanding service.
